June Artist Member of the Month

Congratulations to our Artist Member of the Month for June 2025, Harley , a self-taught multimedia artist whose evocative work spans painting, drawing, taxidermy, and sculpture. Working under the name Hollow Art by Harley, their art explores the delicate tension between life and death, often drawing inspiration, and materials, from the natural world itself.

Harley’s signature style blends black-and-white surrealism with dreamlike imagery, creating spaces that hover between reality and imagination. Whether using organic elements or traditional media, their work reflects a raw curiosity and quiet reverence for the mysteries of existence. Their artistic process is deeply intuitive, rooted in introspection and a fascination with the cycles that shape the world around us.

Outside of their personal practice, Harley also lends their talent to Carnival Artists as a painter, bringing bold color, intricate detail, and vibrant movement to Mardi Gras floats. Their contributions help transform Mobile’s streets into immersive, large-scale celebrations of culture and creativity.
