MMofA: Intro to Oil Painting with Ying Johnson

Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or rediscovering a forgotten passion, you don’t need to be an artist to enjoy the creative process. This four-week course will include the basic process of approaching oil painting, including surfaces to paint on, grounds, and mediums. Students will learn the potential of a limited palette and how to create their desired color.
